Inside the project
What it is.
Mentor Journal Studio brings a configurable trading journal and a mentor’s review into one workflow. Members can record the context behind a decision; a mentor can discuss that evidence and agree on something specific to practise next.
The prototype keeps process assessment separate from trading profit. Its journal questions are versioned, so a submitted review packet keeps the questions and evidence it was prepared with. These screenshots show the earlier browser-only prototype, using fictional members and synthetic examples.
My part
Product direction, workflow and interface design, implementation, and verification of the local prototype.
Shape the journal
Configure text and yes/no questions, required answers and preparation requirements. Publishing a new version preserves earlier submitted packets.
Review the decision
Read a member’s context alongside their examples, then record separate technical and behavioural assessments with supporting reasons.
Give feedback a next step
Turn a review into a specific practice commitment and review date, with a place for the member’s follow-up reflection.
