CharForge

From a character idea to a careful Studio handoff.

A private character-making workflow, with human review before the Studio handoff.

Inside the project

What it is.

CharForge brings concept art, 3D geometry, texturing and export preparation into one character-making workflow. It keeps the work inspectable along the way: the art and mesh are reviewed before the final rigging and validation steps in Roblox Studio.

This is a tool for my own creative process. A generated mesh is one stage of the work: rigging, validation and the final checks still happen in Roblox Studio.

My part

Workflow and interface development, connecting character creation, asset preparation and human review.

Shape the idea

Start with a character prompt or a reference image, then review the concept and 3D shape.

Prepare the asset

Work through geometry, textures and Roblox export preparation, with visible review points before handoff.

Finish in Studio

Rig and validate the character in Roblox Studio. The guide keeps those hands-on checks explicit rather than treating a generated model as a finished release.
